Over the last several years, we�ve heard an increasing number of requests for feedback from the Judges at official FIRST Tech Challenge events. We�d like your thoughts on what that should look like, and so we�ve issued an official Request for Proposal for a useful and efficient means of giving feedback to teams.

FIRST Tech Challenge is soliciting proposals from our community for the purpose of adding feedback to teams from Judges into our official event management and training resources.
Proposals should consider:
- A process that is replicable across all regions
- A process that creates consistent feedback across regions and territories
- A process that is efficient for event volunteers
- A process that provides useful, actionable feedback to teams
- A training process that is simple, clear, and effective
- A process that is simple to explain to teams and volunteers
- A process that is culturally appropriate and can be easily translated to other languages
Submission Instructions:
- Submissions must be received no later than August 30, 2019 to be considered.
- Send submissions to JoAnn Halloran � jhalloran@firstinspires.org.
- Include �Feedback Proposal� in the subject line of the email.
Timeline:
- Deadline for Submission � August 30, 2019
- Initial review of Proposals � October, 2019
- Proposal selection process � December, 2019
- Initial draft of training and informational resources � December, 2019
- Resource refinement � January � March, 2020
- Resource delivery to community � June, 2020
Process:
Submissions will be reviewed by a team of Subject Matter Experts, and by FIRST Tech Challenge Staff. Selected proposals or components from proposals will be considered for viability, ease of use, efficiency, and effectiveness. FIRSTStaff and Key Volunteers will create resources to inform and train the FIRSTTech Challenge community.
